Dedicated and Experienced Program
Management Team
To ensure smooth and stress-free execution of your new program, MIXTO appoints a dedicated Project Manager to lead implementation and deployment. The Project Manager will collaborate with you and the IT development team to make sure all program requirements are captured and executed correctly, from program creation and development through to testing, sign-offs and deployment. Once the program launches, a Client Relationship Manager will take over day-to-day management of the project and provide continued program support as needed.
