Develop strategic objectives, provide leadership, review progress, ensure processes are implemented, and provide support for 100% stakeholder satisfaction.
Create visual concepts to communicate information, briefing & advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales, creating templates, logos & artworks, communicating between print production & client’s marketing team.
Lead and Manage business development, analyze overall project program, establish project goals from all stakeholders’ viewpoints, prioritize client satisfaction
Assist on client onboarding, advance project deliverables, facilitate program and project implementation, monitors and evaluates project progress, manages reports & necessary documentation
Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls, provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, managing database records, keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Develop & review company policies, monitors all operational processes and procedures, conducts regular assessments, trains and educates staff on compliance, executes annual SOC2 & HIPAA audits.
Manage all accounting transactions, handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings, Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, Ensure timely bank payments
Build a detail production schedule, running the press at expected production rates, maintains a clean/safe work environment, ensures product meets quality expectations, engages with his team during daily meetings to focus on quality, safety, and schedule. Overlooks the production & distribution team at Mixto.
Performing coding assignments, reviewing code work for accuracy and functionality, custom user-interface development, implement & deploy application code, collaborate closely with clients & production team. Supervise team of IT developers at Mixto.
Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications. Writing and implementing efficient code. Determining operational practicality
