Empathy \u2013 interaction with unhappy clients.\u00a0 Tell your clients that you understand their situation.\u00a0 Try to offer options that showcase that you value their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Patience \u2013 ability to repeat over if necessary until solved.\u00a0 Practice various ways to repeat your message so that it can be understood or resolved in a professional manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Knowledge \u2013 smart knowledge with technical or helpful information.\u00a0 Provide technical or additional helpful information without being prompted.\u00a0 Go the extra mile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Good Listening Skills \u2013 to help assist quickly.\u00a0 Learn as much as you can and ask questions based on what you\u2019ve heard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After all isn\u2019t it really great to get a friendly voice when you call, instead of those automated answers.
