If you were in the office, you might miss the odd call, as you’ve stepped away for a moment. It’s easy to forget to take these breaks because we’re so busy being diligent. But you’ll be in a better headspace if you feel content after a light snack or a cup of tea in the afternoon, after all do you really want to be the one with loud stomach grumbling noises during a zoom conference call? Just don’t overdo it. Make sure your phone is turned on and you return any missed calls in a timely manner.

6. Maintain a Work Balance

“Go Home” literally at the end of the work day. Once you are satisfied that you have completed your goals for the day, it’s time to get out of your office space, and “drive home”. You’ve done your job. Now it’s time to take care of yourself and family. Perhaps use the extra “drive time” to cook a meal from scratch, take a walk or spend some time with someone who’s been craving some attention from you.

1.
