Loyalty Matters

And now for something completely obvious – companies & businesses during these trying times need to stand out. That is to say…they need to offer something different, something new, and provide something that their competition simply isn’t doing.

A loyalty program is a good start. With a well thought out loyalty program you can help promote, encourage & maintain a strong client base and help grow relationships.

As well as rewarding your client’s loyalty, the entitlement itself (whatever that may be), can go a long way in helping make your client feel appreciated.

Tip:  If you’re just starting out with a new card program, make sure that your customer is able to attain a reward that’s fair & redeemable in a relatively decent amount of time or dollars spent. 

Hint:  Choose something that everyone wants OR Give your customer a few choices

Get yourself in front of your client. 

Whether it be in a zoom session – engage them.

An email – remind them.

A flyer – offer them.

A brochure – show them.

Or a Loyalty program – keep them.
